Ed Turanchik – Central Park Re-development project.  www.civitastampa.com

            He reviewed his plans.  THCA members concerned about how it will affect Tampa Heights neighborhood and its Master Plan. Major concerns were the displacement of low income and multi-family households into the Tampa Heights neighborhood, and the development of the empty lots owned by Civitas.

·         Nominations for New Board Elections in January

o        To nominate anyone for a position,  call Tom at 223-2855

·         Dues are due in January $12 per person
