Stephen Johns &
David Purnell

206 E. Ross Ave.

This Centurion (circa 1905) recently underwent an extensive makeover.  The facelift included new double hung windows, new interior panel doors, complete kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel - once maintained as a period bathroom with hex floor tiles, a high tank toilet and vessel sink, replaced all the lighting, raised the hearths on both fireplaces salvaging original tiles and replacing window and door casings as well as new baseboards throughout the house.  Currently, Stephen and David are in the process of building a new garage and installing a tin ceiling in their kitchen.  One of the more unique features are the 8-foot bi-fold doors in the front parlor

Stephen and David agree their favorite parts of their oldie are the parlor and kitchen.
