We invite you to attend our upcoming General Meeting this Wednesday evening, featuring guest speaker Ron Weaver.

Ron will present Tampa Transportation and Stadium Funding: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, offering insight into the key challenges, trade-offs, and realities behind major infrastructure and development decisions shaping Tampa’s future.

A retired real estate development lawyer, Ron is a frequent lecturer for USF and Eckerd Lifelong Learning, where he speaks on topics related to Tampa Bay, international history, and current politics. His presentations are known for being informative, thought-provoking, and grounded in real-world experience.

In addition to our featured speaker, we’ll also welcome the Tampa Downtown Partnership for a special interactive segment.

As part of their Neighborhood Intelligence Workshop series, their team will lead a brief 15-minute presentation focused on gathering community input around priorities, opportunities, and challenges in the Tampa Heights area. Following the presentation, they will remain on site with interactive boards to engage directly with attendees and collect feedback.
