THCA Board Meeting
Our monthly Board Meeting is scheduled every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm. (Subject to Change)
This meeting take place in person at 2005 N Lamar Ave Tampa FL, 33602, or you can join virtually.
The board discusses monthly items on the agenda brought up by board members or paying members. We go over General Meetings, Committees, Reports from Board Members and Staff and Pubic Comments from members, developers, municipal representatives and other figures in the community.
Members are invited to participate during out Public Comment Section towards the beginning of the meeting if there is a topic they want to bring to the board.
THCA Business Committee
Join us for our Business Committee Meeting scheduled the 1st Wednesday of every month at 1:00pm. (Subject to change)
This is our first meeting for 2025 and will be held over Zoom.
We will be planning for the rest of the year as well what to do as an association committee going forward.
Paying Business Members can serve on the committee and influence decisions made by the committee.
Janna Davis is the acting chair of this committee.

This month’s meeting will be a public forum featuring the ballot-qualified candidates for Tampa City Council, District 5. Hear directly from the individuals seeking to represent our district.

Garden to Table Dinner

The City of Tampa is excited to launch Tampa Forward: Building Tomorrow Together, a two- year project to comprehensively update the City’s Land Development Code.
